For each database (DB) created you can assign multiple users with their specific access privileges.
By default, one main user is automatically created. You can find it under the Database users.
database_name_Random
A second user will automatically be created after you click on the button Open phpMyAdmin
database_name_phpma
This user is automatically re-created everytime you open PHPMyAdmin. Nothing will break in case you delete this user. It will simply reappear later.
