To address the growing concerns of phishing, spam, and other security threats, we've implemented a support PIN system for WP Crono. This additional security measure helps verify your identity as a valued customer before making any changes to your website, account, or hosting.
Our team may request your PIN across different support channels, such as our support widget, email, contact forms, and even within your WordPress Admin dashboard if you're using our maintenance services.
Please be aware of the following points:
The PIN code constantly auto-generates in the background, ensuring it is never the same.
You cannot save the code and reuse it. Once validated by our team, a new one will be generated for the next time.
Log in to your WP Crono Client Area
Click on your profile avatar in the top right corner of the page. A dropdown window will appear, displaying your support PIN. Click on it twice to copy it.
You can now confirm your account with our team, who will process your request.
If you wish to manually generate a new support pin, it's simple. Click on My Account on the top menu of the WP Crono Client Area.
On the bottom left sidebar, you'll find a link labeled Generate New, which will generate a new support pin. You can then copy and hide it.
