Click on the support widget at the bottom right of this page, then select Create a Support Ticket.
Choose Request a Migration and complete the WP Crono migration form.

Suitable for standard WordPress installations.
Not suitable for multisite networks, LargeFS, limited access sites, reverse proxy configurations, or bedrock/trellis.
Migrations are typically completed within 1 to 2 business days.
DNS configuration and third-party services are excluded.
Redirects via .htaccess or the previous control panel are not migrated.
Sites requiring two migrations incur additional fees.
For websites with advanced requirements not covered by a basic migration, choose a premium migration. Each of our managed WordPress hosting plans includes one or more free Premium migrations.
If your site is not eligible for unlimited free migration and your Premium migrations are exhausted, you can subscribe to additional Premium migrations for $80 each. Please consult our tiered pricing to discover available discounts based on volume.
Submit one migration request per site.
Test your credentials before submitting your request.
Disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
For bulk migrations (five sites or more), open a support request.
We protect and prioritize your privacy.
Passwords are destroyed after the migration.
Your original site remains intact and functional before and after the migration.
