If you’re requesting a migration from a backup:
Make sure the backup contains both your website files and database.
Have the backup ready to upload or have the link to the files.
Submit your basic or premium migration request using WP Crono support widget.

Let us know which data center you’d like. You can pick pretty much any general region in the world and/or we can recommend it to you.
If coming from an old server plan, please provide your (root) server logins.
